—Whizbang T-Post Trellis Spans—
Now On YouTube

Dateline: 27 August 2016 AD

I've managed to crank out another YouTube instructional video. This one shows the
Y-holders I developed several years ago to make trellis spans for my garden. And I show you some trellis spans currently in my garden.

T-Post trellis spans with concrete reinforcing wire panels on them are ideal for growing indeterminate tomato varieties, peas, pole beans, cucumbers, and any other plant that has a proclivity to grow upwards.

These trellis spans can also be put up as a garden windbreak, or as a privacy screen.

My Planet Whizbang Idea Book For Gardeners has all the details when it comes to my T-post trellis span ideas, and it shows how the Y-holders are made. If you've got the tools and initiative, you can make your own Y-Holders. If not, I sell them at www.WhizbangTrellis.com

  1. Greetings Mr. Kimball,
Excellent video...educational and pleasing to watch. It's like a short conversation with a friendly neighbor. A balm to the soul for me as I had no garden this year. And I'm just not brave enough to stop and inquire of folks about their gardens...after all, this is NE and not out west. Overfriendliness or privacy intrusions are not well received.
And, although I am a voracious reader, a visual record of what I read, is a major plus when implementing new ideas and plans.
I cannot wait to get back to gardening. So much to do, to plan and prepare. Which is invigorating in it self.
    Cheers,
    Pam
